The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" / "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submitting by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

The email address you provide must be correct to ensure successful order processing. We will generally communicate with you exclusively via email.

No right of withdrawal applies to customers outside the European Union.

The prices listed are gross prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) applicable at the time. We provide price information to the best of our knowledge. If, however, the www.mani.bio website contains errors such as calculation or typing errors, we reserve the right to charge the correct price. If you do not agree in such a case, we grant you the right to withdraw immediately. Promotional items are excluded from additional discounts.

For orders outside the European Union, additional costs such as transfer fees, currency exchange fees, or customs duties may apply, which must be borne by the customer.

You can place orders online 24/7. The minimum order value per order for consumers is €5.00 (excluding shipping costs). Delivery will be made via post or parcel service directly to your home as quickly as possible. Delivery is subject to availability.

We reserve the right to exclude customers from receiving free samples or limited special promotions if they place multiple or fraudulent orders. Customers who deliberately provide incorrect email addresses, causing our confirmation emails to be undeliverable, will also be excluded.

The goods remain the property of MANI Bläuel GmbH until full payment has been made.

You must return or hand over the goods to our address at Beatrixgasse 32, 1030 Vienna, Austria, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

It is not permitted to copy, imitate, or reproduce any content or parts of the text. Prior approval from MANI Bläuel GmbH is required.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
