Sometimes it's the little things that make a table special. Olives stuffed with feta are one such simple highlight.
The combination of MANI olives and our MANI organic feta creates a delicate balance of salty depth and creamy freshness. Marinated in lemon and olive oil, they also gain a refreshing, Mediterranean touch. Ideal as a side dish, with an aperitif, or as part of a colorful meze platter.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups MANI organic green olives in brine, pitted
- 1/3 cup MANI Bläuel Organic Feta PDO*
- 1/3 cup MANI organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 pieces of MANI organic garlic in olive oil
- pepper
*Available in well-stocked organic food stores
Preparation:
- Cut the feta into very thin strips (about 1 cm long) and fill the pitted olives with them.
- For the marinade: Mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic and pepper well in a bowl.
- Add the stuffed olives to the marinade and mix carefully so that they are evenly coated.
MANI tip: The olives will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days – just take them out of the refrigerator in time before serving so you can enjoy them at room temperature.
