Ingredients:
- 70 ml MANI organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 40 g almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 pieces of MANI garlic in olive oil
- 1 Pkg MANI Organic Feta gU*
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
*Available in well-stocked organic food stores
Preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add the rosemary to the olive oil and let it sizzle briefly until it smells wonderful.
- Reduce the heat and lightly toast the chopped almonds for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice the garlic into thin slices and add it to the olive oil, then fry gently for another minute.
- Remove the rosemary-infused olive oil from the heat, add the parsley and feta cheese, and mash with a fork so that everything is nicely combined.
- Best enjoyed warm with fresh bread.
