This warm feta dip is perfect for social evenings – a meze that combines everything you would expect from a perfect dip: spicy, aromatic, creamy and with a little crunch.

Ingredients:

*Available in well-stocked organic food stores

Preparation:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add the rosemary to the olive oil and let it sizzle briefly until it smells wonderful.
  3. Reduce the heat and lightly toast the chopped almonds for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Slice the garlic into thin slices and add it to the olive oil, then fry gently for another minute.
  5. Remove the rosemary-infused olive oil from the heat, add the parsley and feta cheese, and mash with a fork so that everything is nicely combined.
  6. Best enjoyed warm with fresh bread.
