Whipped feta is a mezze dish that is almost always on our table when we have guests. It’s quick to prepare, requires only a few ingredients, and can be easily combined with different toppings. One of our favorite combinations is this: whipped feta with warm olives.
The perfect mezze when many hands are reaching in at the same time – simply place it in the center of the table, add some toasted bread, and it creates a lovely sense of sharing and togetherness.
