Exciting news is reaching you today from the sun-drenched Mani: Our business is buzzing with life and energy as we gear up for some exciting developments. We’re fully immersed in establishing our newly launched partnerships.
Just in time, we’re putting our new bottling plant into operation—financed through crowdfunding, of course. It’s more than twice as fast as our current setup, marking a major milestone for us. This allows us to streamline our processes even further, ensuring that we can deliver our products to you on time and with the highest quality. Powered by our solar energy system, this means: Fair-trade products, sustainably produced, and sustainably financed. That’s what we call a win-win-win!
We are also excited to open the new season in our production for our visitors. Burgi will soon share more details and give some insights into the planned experiences and events. Come and visit us all!

Many of you have been asking about the upcoming harvest. It has rained more frequently in the Mani, and the olive trees are in full bloom. We are cautiously optimistic about the coming winter and will keep you updated as we move forward.
