MANI Bläuel – Pioneer for Organic Olive Oil

MANI Bläuel, a second-generation family-run company, is a pioneer in the field of organic olive oil. Since the 1970s, Fritz and Burgi Bläuel have worked closely with olive farmers to promote organic agriculture. In 1991, this led to the creation of Greece's first certified organic olive oil, which is now exported worldwide.

Today, son Felix and daughter Julia Bläuel run the company. Together, they focus on sustainable production and maintain close collaboration with small farmers to produce high-quality olive products.
