Since our opening last year, we have already welcomed over 2,500 visitors and received many positive reviews for our tours. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Eleni Psarrea. She is the driving force and heart behind welcoming our guests and introducing them to the world of MANI olives and olive oils.

Eleni is a proud native of Mani and has been part of MANI Bläuel since the age of 17. She knows our company and its history almost from the very beginning and shares her knowledge, along with many anecdotes, during the tours. One of the most remarkable stories she tells is how the transition to organic farming had positive effects on all the residents of Mani, during a time when planes would spray pesticides over large areas, and as children, they were not allowed to go outside.
