Ingredients:
- 1 Pkg MANI Organic Feta gU*
- 40 g flour
- 1 egg from organic free-range hens
- 40 g sesame seeds
- a little pepper
- 5 tbsp MANI 100% virgin olive oil
- fresh thyme
- Honey
- 1 small lemon

Preparation:
- Pat the feta dry with kitchen roll.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl and season with pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Coat the feta in flour, then add it to the egg mixture, and finally coat it in sesame seeds and press down lightly.
- Fry the feta until golden brown on all sides.
- Garnish the freshly baked feta while still warm with a little honey and thyme and serve with a slice of lemon.
