Mani Farmers’ Salad: Favorite Dish of Olive Farmers During Harvest Season

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Place them in a salad bowl.
  2. Clean and slice the onions into fine rings.
  3. Peel the orange, cut into segments, and halve them. Add them to the bowl along with the olives.
  4. Mix the ingredients with the drained capers. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Finally, sprinkle with oregano.
