Ingridients:
- 225 g Orzo Pasta
- 1 pepper, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g feta, diced
- MANI Kalamata olives ial naturale, pitted, halved
- MANI sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, diced
- MANI capers in olive oil
- Fresh basil, chopped
Dressing:
- 6 tbsp MANI extra virgin olive oil, Selection
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup, agave syrup or honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Place the orzo pasta in a salad bowl with the chopped vegetables, mezes, olives and feta.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad. Finally, sprinkle the basil on top.
