Olives – naturally fermented & full of flavor
Our olives grow in the south of Greece on mineral-rich soils close to the sea and are harvested by hand. We work with two traditional Greek varieties: the mild, dark Kalamata olive and the green, aromatic Amfissa olive.
After harvesting, we gently ferment them in brine – without pasteurization. This preserves their flavor, nutrients, and texture. Depending on the recipe, they are then:
- marinated al naturale with olive oil & Mediterranean herbs (vacuum-packed)
- preserved in brine
- preserved in olive oil
Our olives are a true raw-food product and carry the Naturland Fair certification – guaranteeing fair prices, transparency, and ecological farming.

Mezes – Mediterranean variety in a jar
Our Mezes bring the soul of Greek cuisine straight into your home: aromatic olive or tomato spreads, flavorful capers in olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, or garlic preserved in olive oil – all lovingly and carefully prepared.
Perfect as a dip, antipasti, with pasta or vegetables, or simply enjoyed with bread – ideal for small moments of indulgence in everyday life.

Olive oil – organic quality from Greece
The olives for our olive oil are largely harvested by hand, cold-extracted immediately, and processed gently. This preserves both flavor and valuable nutrients. Most of our olive oil is produced from the single-variety Koroneiki olive, known for its balanced aroma and high polyphenol content.
MANI olive oil stands for authentic Greek origin and the highest quality – confirmed by more than 180 international awards, most recently at the EVO IOOC 2025 and in 2024 by Gault&Millau.
