Top quality is our highest priority when it comes to MANI products. That’s why we take the time to produce our products using traditional methods: The olives ripen naturally on the tree and are harvested mostly by hand. Our table olives are fermented, not pasteurized. This makes them particularly digestible and nutrient-rich – and their natural flavor is preserved.
Our olive oil production, including our award-winning olive oils, is carried out with great care & respect. Throughout the entire extraction process, the temperature never exceeds 27°C. This is the only way to preserve the valuable vitamins and minerals. The result is high-quality olive oils in raw-food quality.
Let’s not forget our Mezes – traditional Greek appetizers that are made with great care at our production site on the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece. Olive spreads, sun-dried tomatoes, or capers are perfect for shared meals with family, friends, or new acquaintances.
Our olives come from the Mani region in southern Greece, where they are harvested by hand and naturally fermented – with respect for people and nature.
