Olive Kisses

Small savory olive kisses for a quick snack or your next party. Based on the recipe by Sonja Roost-Weideli from the cookbook Baking with Olive Oil Two.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix spelt and millet flour with baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add sliced olives to the mix.
  3. Whisk egg, yogurt, olive oil, thyme, Himalayan salt, garlic, parsley, and water. Add to the mix and stir well.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with paper muffin cups and evenly distribute the mixture into the cups.
  5. Bake the muffins at 180 °C for 30 minutes.

Mani Tip:

You can also use the MANI Cocktail Mix instead of olives for a variation.
