Ingridients:
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3 large radishes
- 1/2 cup MANI extra virgin olive oil, Selection
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch of sugar
- salt & pepper
- Oregano, rosemary, sage
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes until soft, leave to cool slightly and cut into pieces.
- Thinly slice the onion and radish and place in a bowl with the potatoes.
- For the dressing, mix well the olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs. Then pour the dressing over the potatoes and stir gently.
