MANI Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The tomatoes are dried in the sun, spread over large sheets and sprinkled with salt to make the dehydration quicker and keep insects away. The natural temperature ensures the preservation of the excellent taste. Before packaging, the tomatoes are checked individually, reheydrated in water according to a tradidional recipe, preserved in extra virgin MANI olive oil and rounded off with basil. They are now ready to be used as a delicious appetizer, or on hot grilled bruschetta, or as a tasty addition to pizza and pasta sauces. The oil in which they are packed can be used in the same way, added to any tomato-based sauce, salad or dip for extra taste. No preservatives. Not artificially treated or coloured.
