This mix of fruity, Naturland Fair certified Kalamata olives and spicy Konservolia olives is mostly hand-harvested by Greek farmers and naturally debittered. The olives are marinated in MANI organic olive oil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and a subtle hint of wine vinegar, then vacuum-packed – pure flavor in raw food quality!
