This mild and fruity organic olive oil with lemon is exclusively produced from precious Koroneiki olives. To achieve the lemon flavor, finely chopped fresh organic lemon peels are added to a small amount of cold extracted olive oil. These remain in the olive oil until it has acquired the desired fruity aroma. This natural infused olive oil is then blended with the olive oil. The raw food quality oil is as fresh as it is tangy and is beautifully suited for the refinement of salad dressings, marinades and sauces.
