MANI "The Kitchen Hero" is a 100% organic virgin olive oil and a versatile kitchen companion. It is highly heatable and ideal for hot dishes – suitable for frying, cooking, baking, or deep-frying. At the same time, it supports olive farmers and helps secure their economic future and reduce food waste in the olive grove.

In Greece, olive oil is an essential part of the kitchen. Whether used in baking cakes instead of butter or for frying and deep-frying potatoes and vegetables, Mediterranean cuisine is hardly imaginable without olive oil. It can be heated up to around 190 °C without losing its valuable components, such as fatty acids.

For this olive oil, MANI deliberately also uses "imperfect" olives. This way, more of the harvest is utilized, and producers receive fair prices.

The olives are mechanically and gently cold-extracted – completely without refining, so that the natural ingredients are preserved as best as possible.
