Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 200 g rye or wholemeal flour
- 180 g sour cream
- 20 g MANI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Selection
- 2 pinches of MANI sea salt
- 1 g ground pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
For the filling:
- 2 organic oranges
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml cream
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 30 g MANI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Selection
- Black pepper to taste
- 125 g feta cheese
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Dough: Mix all the ingredients and form into a dough. Divide the dough in half, roll out to fit the baking dish, and place into greased or parchment-lined forms.
- Filling: Peel the oranges, dice finely, and cook with sugar in a pan for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, parsley, olive oil, and pepper.
- Grate feta and Parmesan, then add them with the cooled oranges to the mixture.
- Evenly distribute the filling in both forms and smooth the top. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
